VICE PRESIDENT- In the absence of the President, the Vice President shall perform all the duties of and be subject to all restrictions upon the President. TREASURER-The Treasurer keeps and maintains adequate and correct books and records of account of the business transactions of LAALRA. The Treasurer will render at each regular meeting of the membership an accounting of all transactions. In addition, the Treasurer will maintain a record of LAALRA's members, showing names of all members, their business addresses and telephone numbers. The Treasurer will provide the membership roster to the Vice President and Secretary for the distribution of the meeting announcements and meeting minutes. Ms. Lacie Marshall
SECRETARY- The Secretary keeps and maintains a book of minutes of all meetings and actions of the Executive Board, with the time and place of holding, whether regular or special, and if special, how authorized, the notice given, and the proceedings of such meetings.
